POSTAGE

Postage within Australia for up to 2 nappies is $6.00 and for 3 or more nappies it is $10.  Please note if you would like to register your flate rate parcel, it will be an additional $2.00 and you must make mention of this in the comments section.

We use pre-paid satchels and send these via Australia Post.  Once your parcel has been sent we cannot be responsible for delays or parcel misadventure due to Australia Post.
 
Once your order is received and processed we will post your items on the next posting day (we post 3 days a week- Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays- as I have 2 small children and we are kept very busy sewing!!), with delivery being as per Australia Post estimates (these are available online at Australia Post's website, and we are located at Toobeah QLD).

For INTERNATIONAL postage please let us know when ordering so we can get back to you with an estimate, alternatively send us an email before ordering so we can inform you of postage costs.


ORDERING & PAYMENT

We accept Paypal and Bank Deposit as a method of payment.  Laybuys are available, and we require a $5 (non-refundable) deposit per nappy to be made immediately upon purchase.  In addition to this we would appreciate the laybuy to be completed within 6 weeks, otherwise we will have to cancel your purchase.  If layby-ing please mention this in the comments section of your order.

When using Bank Deposit we appreciate payment to be recieved with 3 days, and may cancel your order if payment has not been made by this time without prior notification.  Please contact us if you cannot make payment within this time frame (we are pretty understanding) to avoid cancellation of your order.

All prices within our store are in AUD (Australian Dollars), and we reserve the right to adjust prices without notice.


EXCHANGES & WARRANTY

At Sewy Joeys we value your business and want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a 90 day warranty on all of our nappies.  Also if there is something that SIGNIFICANTLY bothers you about your purchase: please, please let us know first!  I can't tell you how heartbreaking it is to read something very negative in public forum, when no contact made with us about the issue at all!!  We aren't a huge corporation, we're a friendly, approachable mother and daughter team.
 
We take care and pride in our work, however should your purchase be faulty (again contact to be made within 10 days of receiving your purchase), Sewy Joeys will happily replace it and pay for postage costs.  Please note we do require a photograph of the fault to be emailed to us first, so we can decide the best and most cost effective resolution.

A 90 day warranty applies only to our nappies, and is applicable only when our nappy care instructions have been followed accordingly (this will be assessed by us for each case). Ignoring or not adhering to our nappy care instructions automatically voids your warranty!!  We will happily replace a faulty nappy (though we do our absolute best to avoid/cull these ones) with the same or equivalent (in value) nappy (the exact print may not be available- at which time we will contact you to advise and make arrangements) and cover postage costs.

Overall we want you, the customer, to have a positive shopping experience at Sewy Joeys and will do our best to resolve any issues you may have with your new purchase.  We ask that you contact us as soon as possible regarding your issue via email, so we can provide an appropriate resolution and maintain optimum customer satisfaction.

OTHER IMPORTANT POINTS

As all of our items are handmade, we cannot guarantee that every item will be exactly the same as those displayed instore... patterns may fall or vary slightly, colours or shapes may be in a different location depending on the individual item etc.
